Roots Canada, a renowned Canadian apparel brand, is currently facing a substantial decline in online sales across both the desktop and mobile versions of its website. This project aims to formulate a research plan to assist Roots in comprehending the reasons behind the reduced number of customers finalizing their online transactions.

To achieve this objective, we have devised appropriate research methods to identify the problems faced by Roots. This includes conducting a mini-heuristic evaluation aimed at identifying usability issues.
OBJECTIVE
01 Identify usability issues and analyze key findings from heuristic evaluation.
02 Understand and choose the most suitable research methods to identify the
underlying issues.
03 Create a timeline for the project that can help the clients understand the
process.
